Liability Waiver - Wonder Play Cafe - Las Vegas

I, the associated parent or legal guardian, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of this liability waiver for participation in activities and events at Wonder Play Cafe.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that engaging in activities within the indoor playroom involves certain inherent risks. I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and contact with other participants or play structures.

Supervision:

I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise my child(ren) at all times during their participation in activities at Wonder Play Cafe. I agree to ensure that my child(ren) follow all posted rules and guidelines.

Allergies:

I acknowledge that Wonder Play Cafe may serve food and beverages. I am responsible for informing Wonder Play Cafe staff of any known allergies that my child(ren) or I may have. I understand that Wonder Play Café will take reasonable measures to accommodate allergies but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Alcohol Consumption:

I acknowledge that alcohol may be served and consumed on the premises of Wonder Play Cafe. I understand that Wonder Play Cafe encourages responsible alcohol consumption and that any misuse or irresponsible behavior related to alcohol may result in immediate removal from the premises.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release and hold harmless Wonder Play Cafe, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my child(ren)'s or my participation in activities at Wonder Play Cafe, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

Medical Emergencies and Parental Presence:

I understand that as a parent or legal guardian, I will be in attendance during my child(ren)'s participation at Wonder Play Cafe. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Wonder Play Café staff to seek and administer necessary medical treatment for my child(ren) or me. I understand that any life-saving interventions undertaken by Wonder Play Cafe staff during a medical emergency, before, during, and after, release them from any liability.

Photography and Publicity:

I grant permission for Wonder Play Cafe to use photographs or videos of my child(ren) and me taken during our visit for promotional or marketing purposes.

I have read and understand the terms of this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its provisions. 

I acknowledge that this waiver will remain in effect for all future visits to Wonder Play Cafe.
