We kindly require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellation requests. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.
Yes, full prepayment is required to secure your private event reservation. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Your rental includes 1 hour prior to your event for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup and breakdown. Please plan your arrival and vendor timing within this window.
