Private Events at Wonder Play Cafe

Our private events include 3 hours of exclusive access to Wonder Play Cafe, including time for setup, celebration, and cleanup. You and your guests will have full use of our indoor play space, along with access to our on-site tables and chairs, plus support from our team throughout your event.

Yes, outside food and catering are welcome with prior approval. Please note that Wonder Play Cafe is a nut-free facility, so all food must be completely free of nuts and nut products. 

Yes, all décor must be freestanding. To maintain the integrity of our space, nothing may be taped, glued, or attached to walls, ceilings, or play structures. 

Yes, third-party vendors are welcome; however, all vendors must be approved through our events team in advance. Vendors may be required to provide proof of commercial liability insurance, and we will coordinate directly with them to ensure a smooth experience. Vendors may also reach out directly to our events team at events@wonderplaycafelv.com for approval and coordination. 

We do. We can connect you with preferred vendors for balloons, backdrops, desserts, catering, photography, and event styling to help bring your vision to life. 

Wonder Play Cafe offers both private and semi-private event experiences. Private events include exclusive use of the venue, while semi-private events are hosted alongside scheduled programming with a dedicated space reserved for your group. Your event type and level of exclusivity will be outlined in your confirmed booking. 

Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests. This allows for a comfortable experience for both children and adults while maintaining the flow and safety of the space. 

We kindly require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellation requests. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability. 

Yes, full prepayment is required to secure your private event reservation. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. 

Your rental includes 1 hour prior to your event for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup and breakdown. Please plan your arrival and vendor timing within this window.
